Multi-pitch and Trad Rock Climbing Course

The Multi-pitch and Trad Rock Climbing Course is designed for climbers ready to take their sport climbing skills and move into traditional protected routes. This intensive program bridges the gap between single-pitch sport climbing, trad climbing and alpine.

Familiarity with ropework is important for all areas of rock climbing. From simple pitching and abseiling to safeguard short sections of a route, or for emergency rescue use.

You will learn to trust your gear placements, manage complex rope systems, and navigate the logistics of multi-pitch environments. Participants will gain the confidence to lead your own traditional protected routes on the crags and in the mountains.

Shortened private courses can be tailored to individual goals.

A great knowledgeable instructor. He made sure each participant understood the material. Friendly and made you feel comfortable asking any questions. I would highly recommend [the guide] and would love to be a part of another one of his instructional courses.
