Rental Terms and Conditions

The renter agrees to pay Wānaka Mountain Guides full compensation for replacement and/or repair of any equipment which is not returned because it is lost or stolen or any equipment which is damaged and in need of repair to put it into the same condition it was in at the time of rental, normal wear and tear excepted.

The renter must use the equipment in a good and careful manner in compliance with the manufacturers instructions and for the purpose it is designed.

The rented equipment is for the sole use of the person completing this rental agreement.

The renter indemnifies and holds Wānaka Mountain Guides harmless for all injuries or damage of any kind in the use or misuse of the equipment.

The renter shall pay all reasonable legal and other fees, the expenses and costs incurred by
Wānaka Mountain Guides in protecting its rights under this rental agreement and for any action taken by Wānaka Mountain Guides collect any amounts due under this rental agreement.
